About me
My Story

I'm Ajina, Wife, Mom of 10 (Yes, one more, and I'd have a soccer team! :D), Postpartum Doula, Henna Artist, and your future comfort and support. I've always been interested in medicine, the human body, and the mind, helping others discover how to get their bodies and minds to optimal performance.
In Morocco, they have a tradition that says a Nafsa's (new mother's) grave is open for 40 days. This belief stresses the vulnerability and a great deal of support new mothers need while transitioning into motherhood. Joining the NAFSA school with Layla B. and her team has placed me on the path to helping mothers reclaim and restore their lives, according to Moroccan traditions, to achieve maximum wellness. Mothers are the gateways into this world and must be loved, nourished, and cared for accordingly.
So, if you are ready to be treated like the Queen you are, don't wait a minute longer to contact Al-Hyaa postpartum services to start living your best life!
My Philosophy

My Training

At Al-Hiyaa, we believe that all mothers need the love, care, and support from family, friends, and the surrounding community. Our children thrive off of us, but how do we impart goodness, kindness, and honesty to our children without strong backing? We must first take care and maintain ourselves through our mental, physical, emotional, social, environmental, occupational, and spiritual states of wellness. Being balanced is vital to maintaining familial bonds.

By embracing, understanding, and implementing traditional and cultural techniques from Morocco, Al-Hiyaa strives to help discover and maintain this balance. Join us in restoring your wellness, reclaiming your life and status, and celebrating being the best Mom you can be for your children.
